I'll be honest, I'm not a huge fan of trotter icons or anything like that, because to me, there's not much effort or creativity in them. But original pixel art is great. I love the work of all pixel artists, from =raid0u's amazing large pixel art to =miemie-chan3's cute little icons and dividers.
Original pixel art is and always will be the best.
Base users, step away from using bases! I'm sure you can make beautiful work by yourself!!~

For the most part, I do original pixel art too, but I use a base like once in a few months or so. Even when I do use one, I end up deleting it. xD

I do love original pixel art. It really depresses me when pixel groups get spammed with a million bad base images :c its so much more rewarding to make your own full pieces. This reminds me I really need to do more pixel art.
